1. Teleport to the Moomin area.
2. Go Out-of-Bounds while in the Moominhouse using any method (the easiest is to use a shared space near the door).
3. When it's daytime, go to the edge of the map (fly over the mountains or just walk down either end of the river).
4. The colors will start changing towards white if and only if you go far enough, and it changes faster the further you go.
5. Go back towards the house to stop the color change and get rid of the bright white, leaving only the neon colors on your screen! Note that they will fade over time.
